سياسة الشحن (Shipping Policy) تختلف من متجر إلى آخر حسب شروطهم. بما أنك لم تذكر المتجر أو الموقع الذي تود الشراء منه، فإليك نموذجاً عاماً ومحترفاً لسياسة الشحن باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية يمكنك تعديله أو استخدامه:

Shipping Policy (باللغة الإنجليزية)

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The customer is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the order (tariffs, taxes, etc.) during or after shipping.

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
